TERMS AND CONDITIONS – LIVE NATION ROMANIA

The purchase of tickets for events organized by Live Nation Romania (including events produced or promoted together with its local partners) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

a. Organizer

The organizer of the event is Live Nation Romania (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

b. Participant

Any person who, based on a valid ticket (whether purchased directly or received from the ticket buyer or another person), invitation, or accreditation, has the right to access an event organized by the Organizer under these Terms and Conditions.

c. Ticket Buyer

Any individual or legal entity purchasing one or more tickets for an event organized by the Organizer, either on their own behalf or on behalf of other participants.

d. Event Venue

Any designated area in which the Organizer produces an event, including adjacent or associated areas and access routes used by the Organizer.

e. Ticket

A document or electronic code issued in the name and on behalf of the Organizer granting the holder the right to access an event organized by the Organizer under the conditions established by the Organizer.
This includes printed or electronic tickets, reservation vouchers, and equivalent access documents.

f. Event

Any cultural or artistic activity organized by the Organizer, taking place at a date, time, and location communicated to ticket buyers, to which public access is permitted exclusively on the basis of valid tickets issued in the name and on behalf of the Organizer.

2. General Rules and Conditions

  1. These general rules and conditions apply to all Live Nation Romania events and related services. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event, participants unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Offers, participating artists, ticket prices, schedules, and other information are provided for informational purposes only and may be changed without prior notice. The Organizer cannot be held liable for possible errors.

  3. Any exceptions to these Terms and Conditions require prior written approval from the Organizer.

  4. The Organizer is responsible only for information communicated through its official communication channels.

  5. A ticket is valid for one person only and grants a single entry to the event specified on the ticket.

  6. Tickets for Live Nation Romania events are issued exclusively in the name and on behalf of the Organizer, including when sold through official ticketing partners.

  7. Ticket buyers and ticket holders are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of purchase.

  8. Tickets must be kept in good condition and must not be damaged, copied, altered, or counterfeited. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse access in the event of damaged, illegible, duplicated, or fraudulent tickets.

  9. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, unauthorized, or damaged tickets.

  10. The Organizer reserves the right to enforce all safety and security measures required by applicable laws and regulations.

  11. In order to ensure the health and safety of all participants, staff, and collaborators, the Organizer reserves the right to implement additional safety measures, including but not limited to seat relocations, modified entry schedules, crowd management procedures, or operational changes.

  12. Failure to comply with the Organizer’s rules, venue regulations, or applicable laws may result in denied access or removal from the event without refund.

  13. Participants are encouraged to regularly check the official Live Nation Romania website and official social media channels for updated event information and venue regulations.

3. Access, Attendance, and Security

  1. Access to the event venue is granted exclusively on the basis of a valid ticket, invitation, or accreditation.

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to inspect participants and their belongings at entry points and during the event.

  3. The Organizer may deny access or remove any person who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, venue rules, or applicable laws.

  4. Participants are prohibited from bringing into the venue professional audio/video equipment, recording devices, weapons, fireworks, illegal substances, food, beverages, bottles, animals, or any objects deemed dangerous.

  5. Commercial activities, including selling or distributing products or promotional materials, are prohibited without the Organizer’s prior written approval.

  6. For festival-type events, tickets grant access to the overall event experience and not to a specific artist’s performance. Artist cancellations or lineup changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.

  7. Minor Access:

  • The Organizer does not recommend attendance by children under 12 years old due to loud sound levels and lighting effects.

  • Minors must hold their own valid ticket.

  • Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Parents are encouraged to provide hearing protection for children.

4. Organizer Liability

  1. Attendance at events is at the participant’s own risk.

  2. The Organizer shall only be liable for damages caused directly by its proven negligence.

  3. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for:

  • loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings;

  • hearing, vision, or health-related issues caused by event conditions;

  • schedule changes;

  • damages caused by third parties;

  • force majeure events.

  1. Purchased tickets are non-refundable except as expressly provided under the refund policy.

5. Event Recording

The Organizer may photograph, film, and record the event and its participants.
By entering the venue, participants consent to the use of their image, likeness, and voice in recordings, promotional materials, broadcasts, or event-related communications.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. Participants may not make audio/video recordings for commercial purposes without the Organizer’s prior written consent.

  2. The use of event branding, logos, artist names, promotional materials, or visual identity elements for commercial purposes is prohibited without written authorization from the Organizer.

  3. Violations of these provisions may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

7. Postponements, Cancellations, Event Changes, and Refund Policy

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the date, location, lineup, or schedule of any event.

  2. In cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control, events may be postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or canceled.

  3. Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of a definitive cancellation of the event.

  4. Rescheduling or relocation of an event does not constitute grounds for a refund. Tickets remain valid for the new date or venue.

  5. The Organizer will communicate any important changes through its official website, social media channels, and/or direct communication channels available.

  6. In the event of cancellation, ticket buyers may request refunds according to the instructions officially communicated by the Organizer and/or the official ticketing partners.

  7. Refunds include only the face value of the ticket and exclude processing fees, service charges, banking fees, delivery costs, accommodation, transportation, or any other associated expenses.

  8. Refund requests are valid only if submitted by the original purchaser and only for tickets acquired through official sales channels.

8. Unauthorized Resale / Ticket Limits / Fees

  1. Unauthorized ticket resale (“scalping”) is prohibited.

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to invalidate tickets offered for resale above their original face value.

  3. The Organizer does not guarantee the validity or authenticity of tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.

  4. Ticket purchase limits may apply per customer, order, payment card, or email address.

  5. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel orders or tickets suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale activity, or automated bot purchases.

  6. Ticketing fees are charged by official ticketing partners and are displayed during the purchase process.

9. Dynamic Pricing Strategy

The Organizer reserves the right to implement dynamic ticket pricing strategies, meaning ticket prices may vary based on demand, availability, market conditions, and other relevant commercial factors.

10. Processing of Personal Data

By purchasing a ticket, buyers acknowledge that their personal data may be collected and processed by the Organizer and official ticketing partners for contractual, operational, legal, and communication purposes related to the event.

11. Complaints and Claims

Any complaints regarding the organization or conduct of an event must be submitted in writing to the Organizer within a maximum of 7 days from the date of the relevant incident.

12. General Provisions

  1. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.

  2. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.

  3. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law.

Accessibility and Persons with Disabilities

Participants requiring accessibility assistance or special accommodations are encouraged to contact the Organizer according to the procedures communicated for each individual event.

Invoice Requests

Requests for invoices related to purchased tickets must be submitted within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Event-Specific Conditions

Depending on the nature of the event and/or artist requirements, the Organizer reserves the right to introduce additional event-specific conditions, which will be communicated publicly prior to the event and shall apply together with these Terms and Conditions.
